Lance Nicholas, owner of Stonetechnics, is a native Atlantan. After graduating from the University of Alabama in finance and real estate, he worked as a financial consultant for 10 years. After that he opened a real estate company in Florida. Lance has worked in the rehab/design construction business for 18 years. When he looks at a project, he sees what it can become. When he purchased Stonetechnics he saw an opportunity to bring together his love of constuction and design, as well as his financial skills, in his new business
